Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. This includes all tags, lace intact, and no alterations made.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
• Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered in any way
• Custom or made-to-order wigs
• Sale or discounted items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
